The Office provides all legal services in this area, such as counselling, dispute resolution, termination of proceedings and representation of individual, institutional and corporate clients before the courts and tribunals, even the Supreme Court in all transport disputes, such as:
• Ground transportation issues such as passenger transport and shipment of luggage and cargo.
• Issues relating to shipping, construction, registration, sale, purchase and insurance of ships, equipment, machinery, freight and unloading disputes, ship accidents and maritime insurance.
• Issues relating to air transport and disputes over air carrier and airline obligations.
