Commercial cases are dealt with by the courts (commercial services) and are subject to the rules of commercial law, which is one of the branches of private law governing the relationship of traders with each other and with consumers. This law is characterized by speed, credit and freedom of proof. In this respect, the Office represents enterprises and businesses in all cases and disputes before the Omani courts of various degrees, following up on the enforcement of judgements, as well as providing many business services.
