The growing development in the real estate, construction and reconstruction sector has generated many conflicts of interest between parties, whether property owners, investors or tenants, and this is a complex issue and conflict that requires resolution, whether through known litigation or alternative means such as settlements, negotiations, mediation and arbitration. In this context, the Office is seeking to assist real estate operators, brokering offices, real estate services, investors, owners of buildings and property and engineering consulting offices.
Our services, in addition to providing legal advice, are to represent our clients before the courts, to provide the necessary legal support and to draft agreements and contracts relating to the sale, purchase, lease, mediation, investment, mortgage and financing, and to carry out procedures for the registration of real estate and property month within and outside the Sultanate.

The Office also provides administrative and legal supervision of real estate and property in terms of tenants ' contracts, rental collection, eviction procedures, legal notification and warnings, and reviews the relevant authorities.
The Office is fully prepared to provide its services in this area to all owners of buildings, property, Gulf investors, Arabs and foreigners by representing them, taking care of their interests and supervising their property in the Sultanate by means of annual contracts at special rates.
