The Office formulates all types of contracts under an accurate methodology, whereby contracts are drafted in the Office by the established legal basis and steps to ensure the validity of all pillars, such as holding inter-party meetings for negotiations on the contract, discussing proposed clauses for contracting and supplements, preparing, discussing, reviewing and approving preliminary drafts, and then agreeing on the final version of the contract and signing it at the Office.
