We are pleased to visit our clients and doors without obstacles or barriers. We are very welcome, respectful, and comfortable in our dealings. We rely on a system of direct interviews with the client to discuss or consult his case. In some cases, however, such as our absence or the circumstances and requirements of our work, it may be necessary to schedule an interview (an appointment to request a consultation).
In the light of the interview and the meeting with the client or parties, the facts are determined, the documents are read and the subject is studied, and the client is then informed of his legal position, work plan, procedures, steps to be taken by the office in his subject matter and the fees required.
Upon agreement, the Coordination Section will complete the rest of the procedure, sign the fee contract, and process the power of attorney with the notary. The Office will then proceed with the work and appoint the responsible attorney who will supervise and keep the client informed of developments and results.
Professional fees are determined by direct negotiation between the client and the Office's finance department and are assessed according to the nature of the case and in the light of the effort made, and there is special consideration in individual cases.
For enterprises and businesses, there is special support for SMEs and flexibility in dealing.
Essentially, the Office adopts the contract system, whereby the company or institution contracts the office to provide the service for a full year or any other period with the fixed monthly equivalent or annual, semi-annual or quarterly payment system through offers and bounces of benefits and services prepared to suit the circumstances of each company, (bids are directly requested from the office).
