labor cases are brought before the courts at different levels of first instance, appeal and higher courts. They relate to labor disputes between the worker and the employer and are governed by the labor Code, which is a section of the special law that contains legal rules governing relations between workers and employers or employees.
The Office ' s services in this area are concentrated on the representation of embassies, institutions and individuals in the various courts and even the Supreme Court in all labor cases and disputes, as well as in the Ministry of labor and other official bodies, the establishment of a friendly settlement between the worker and the employer, the drafting of employment contracts and the provision of legal advice in accordance with the Omani labor Code.
