Contracts in the Office are drafted in accordance with the established legal basis and steps to ensure the validity of all pillars, such as the holding of inter-party negotiations on the contract, discussion, preparation, discussion, review and approval of proposed clauses for contracting and supplements, and the subsequent agreement on the final version of the contract and its signature in the Office.
