In this area, the Office provides legal services as follows:
• Representing clients from inside and outside the Sultanate, whether before the courts or before the competent authorities, in all tax cases and tax disputes.
• Termination of licensing and tax certification procedures with the competent authorities.
• Provision of legal advice in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate.
• Assist our clients in all tax advisory support they need, such as feasibility studies, financial analysis and tax returns, in coordination with tax consulting offices and legal accountants inside and outside the Sultanate.
