The office pleads before the primary, appeal and supreme courts in various Sharia cases related to inheritance, estates, wills, gifts and endowments, and cases related to divorce, khul’, custody, alimony and visitation. It also provides legal consultations, advice and guidance in this regard. Based on our experience in this field and our belief in the importance of this type of case, we try to contain family disputes and propose amicable settlements and solutions as much as possible.
