The Office provides all legal services relating to matters of legitimate inheritance through its lawyers and in conjunction with legal specialists in this field. Our services are to assist clients in representation before all courts in various cases relating to inheritance; the legal division between heirs and distribution to beneficiaries under legal assessments and judgments, whether consensual liquidation or through the court; representation of clients before all bodies inside and outside the Sultanate in the inventory and liquidation of inheritance wherever they may be and legal action taken in this regard.
