Compensation is an important legal mechanism given by law to each party who has suffered damage as a result of negligence or negligence by others and is a means of redressing the injury to a vulnerable person who is unable to do so. The Office shall take all measures to obtain compensation through negotiations, settlements and court proceedings, even the Supreme Court, in all cases relating to compensation, such as:

• Compensation for damage caused by error and negligence.
• Diyat and Arush (Blood money and compensation money).
